Their fresh fishes are imported daily from Akashi or Wakayama fish-port and hand-picked by chefs. These fishes are featured in dishes such as sashimi, grilled dishes, and other various dishes depending on the chef's choice.

I also like to direct marketing towards the confidence I have for my food ingredients". There are commitment dishes that consist of Shimizu Mackerels, Yellowtails and Greater amberjacks from Kouchi and also there are so many food materials are provided from Kyushu as well.
They also use the Akitakomachi rice by directly provided.

Their popular menu called " nama tsukune" (raw mince chicken) (¥700yen) provides you a really high quality chicken. The chickens provided for your meals killed in the morning so their chickens are so fresh.
