One of the popular foods to have is the original recipe, based on olive oil, and it is very similar to the style of soup. It is not heavy so that customers may enjoy it during different times of the night. The cost of this is (¥700).

“Tenshi No Ebi To Yasaino Nanjyo” "(¥1400) is one of the most recommended options available. Using the angel shrimp from New Caledonia, it brings out a distinctive taste. The owner has kept improving his cooking skills at different types of hotels and has also at French restaurants; all of these different experiences can be seen at his restaurant.

Mr. Matabe (owner) says that many customers eat this food without ordering any drinks. For ¥1000, the omelet with rice and melting eggs can be ordered. He also says, “this food is unique as it came from the west, and I like to put sauce on it”.

His original demi-glace sauce with the omelet meal is not just popular with the female customers, but everyone is satisfied. Mr. Matabe notes that many of the old fashioned western restaurants are being reduced. “I am trying not to lose the light of western food”, he said. The restaurant is continuing to provide western food at Namba, from midnights until mornings.
